2Simple’s Education team have curated a mash-up of quizzes, games and activities from Purple Mash to help ignite children’s love of maths across the capital. Aimed at children aged 3-11 these London themed activities are freely available for everyone celebrating Maths Week London.
Get your younger children excited about maths using shapes from the London skyline or why not try the number pairs activity. For 7-9-year-olds they’ll be able to use their mathematical knowledge to answer questions about their favourite London attractions. For older children, they’ll be able to query statistics and investigate data then test their understanding with an interactive quiz.
